What Matters Most Inc is a non-profit organization that was founded in South Carolina in 2001. The non-profit now holds offices in both South Carolina and Tennessee but work to help children throughout the country. As we are steadily developing new programs and fundraisers to benefit children we must seek volunteers as well as benefactors in order to make any of the programs possible.
